Message from Jeremy,
Founder of Bridge 23 Running camps

After an incredible record breaking 2025 and 2026 summer running camps whereby we have hosted 1000+ runners for each of those summers, I have come to the conclusion we need to find ways to expand our reach during the offseason and help develop more runners.

We've been hosting summer cross country running camps since 2018 (this next year will be year #10). We have grown to be one of the largest overnight running camps in the country, but still have to turn teams, coaches and individuals away due to space concerns.

FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER....we are taking "THE SHOW" on the road and going on TOUR!

This is going to be incredible! We are going to incorporate the 4 main foundations of the summer running camps (running/workout, runner education, nutrition/fueling and FUN.

We will initially be partnering with a few local gyms with the hope we can fine tune the model/schedule/work out the kinks and roll this concept out to local gyms in your area. We know all kids/coaches/teams can't afford to come to camp, have a team come to camp, get access to Olympians/elites or even runner education resources like sports psychologists, but we are attempting to do it!

This will be absolutely fantastic. The agenda of running/circuit training, runner education from elites/Q&A, recovery meal/snacks and ending it with fun/social hour to ask the gym/coaches/speakers more questions should be at the top of your list to check this out. We will be mixing up the sessions with different gyms, different workouts, different speakers and different topics...so HIGHLY recommend registering for multiple sessions...and bring a friend, parent or coach along to check out the buzz!
Let's get a HEAD START on your track season and see why these Bridge 23 satellite camps will be like NOTHING else in the country! All the best, Jeremy
